For standard models, samples are ready in 7 to 15 working days; for customized samples that require new mold development, special surface finishing, or structural modifications, the cycle ranges from 15 to 30 working days, depending on structure complexity, material, surface treatment, and mold development time. Before sampling starts, we confirm the exact schedule in writing, so the lead time you quote to your own customers matches what our production line can actually deliver.
