Quality complaints are expensive for importers, so we built our testing process to catch problems before goods leave Taizhou rather than after they arrive overseas. Here is how a typical batch moves through inspection at our factory.
It starts with raw materials. Incoming 304 stainless steel sheets are measured with calipers for actual thickness, checked for surface flatness and protective film, and matched against the steel mill's material report. During production, each shift begins with first-piece confirmation, followed by patrol inspection across the sheet metal, welding, and assembly workshops.
Finished products face a full round of functional tests.
Shower panels go through high-pressure spray testing on frames and seals to confirm no water leakage. Faucets are checked on our valve core life tester and faucet pressure tester, then run through hot-and-cold water trials. Braided hoses pass burst testing before they are approved for assembly.
Surface durability is verified by sampling. Stainless steel items go through 48-hour neutral salt spray testing and must show no rust or spotting. Plated parts are measured for copper, nickel, and chromium coating thickness to confirm they fall within specification.
All of this runs under our ISO9001 quality management system, and the product line carries CE, CUPC, ACS, and REACH certifications for European and American markets. Our testing team of ten, all with over a decade in the sanitary ware industry, documents results batch by batch so that traceability extends from the steel sheet to the export carton.
Importers and private-label buyers who want third-party inspection before shipment are welcome — our lab data is available to their inspectors on site.
