Our factory in Taizhou, Zhejiang has completed a new round of equipment and process upgrades across the stainless steel
shower panel lines, part of an ongoing automation program that began after we moved into the industrial park in 2017.
The upgrade centers on three areas. First, laser cutting now runs with intelligent nesting software that arranges large and small parts together on each 304 stainless steel sheet, raising material utilization and cutting raw waste. Second, CNC bending and automatic grooving machines have been linked into a continuous sheet-metal flow, shortening the distance semi-finished parts travel between stations. Third, robotic welding cells now handle standard floor
drain bodies and shower frames in continuous operation, replacing manual work on our highest-volume items.
Workshop layout was adjusted at the same time. Small parts such as screws, gaskets, and seals are now stocked at fixed points near each workstation, so operators no longer walk back and forth to the central warehouse for routine materials.
These changes support the way our orders actually arrive: multi-category, mixed-batch, and often customized. With 12,000 square meters of production area divided into five zones — sheet metal, assembly, painting, packing, and a dedicated top spray workshop — the upgraded lines give us steadier lead times on OEM and ODM programs while keeping small-batch orders practical.
Annual output capacity stands at 200,000 Sets across shower panels,
shower heads, floor drains, faucets, and outdoor shower products, with around 70% of production shipping to Europe and North America. Buyers planning 2027 programs are welcome to request a factory tour or video audit of the new lines.
